Which EPR scheme applies to your products?

France currently has 19 EPR schemes and 26 approved PROs. Each product you place on the market may fall under one or more of these schemes.

Remember: even if your product falls under no scheme, its packaging and documentation always fall under the Household packaging and graphic paper scheme.

Established outside France and selling on the French market? The law requires you to appoint an EPR authorised representative. Recy'stem Pro becomes your representative and fulfils your obligations on your behalf.
